  • We are not responsible for issues, outages, or changes in policies on these platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, campaigns, and materials created by Faiz Digital Marketing remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  • The client grants us the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., sales, leads, rankings) as performance depends on multiple external factors.

  • Faiz Digital Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
